Thursday through Saturday, local musicians set the mood. Acoustic sets, jazz trios, and the occasional surprise guest — good times, no cover.

2 Minute Grill & Bar wasn't born from a trend — it was born from a simple frustration: good food shouldn't require a reservation and a dress code. We opened our doors on Highway 47 with a grill, a well-stocked bar, and a conviction that Los Lunas deserved a place where the food is honest and the atmosphere is relaxed.
Our head chef brings decades of line experience to every plate. Our mixers are made in-house. Our beer list features regional New Mexican brews alongside classic imports. And our dining room? It's the kind of place where you'll feel welcome whether you're celebrating a milestone or just passing through after a long week.
